1) The Selection Committee will best be able to judge your nomination if all the information requested below is provided.

2) Photocopies of newspaper and/or magazine clippings or other documents about the nominee's achievements are helpful to the committee; resumes, testimonials and letters of recommendation are also appropriate. Please limit your enclosures to the most relevant ones and email to alumni@ssdsbergen.org.
